If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, return it to us for a full refund. (less shipping and handling)

In the case of an exchange, once received in our warehouse, we will replace the item immediately. All exchanges have the highest priority and are processed before new orders. If the exchange was due to us sending you something other than what was on your original order, we will also provide you with a credit for the cost of the return for standard, delivery services.

In the event that the customer was originally offered free shipping, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the credit/refund.
